I was thinking about this idea for 1 week or more , but i'm sure that there is another way to do this new race [ Arabia Race ] , and how they locate the x & y for the new race location , or it's just photoshop ? but i think there is a way to locate it from the media.pk2 like when you try to locate the x,y buttons in the launcher
i did this thread we can consult in this idea , don't enter to this thread & tell me it's impossible & bla bla bla bla , just think with me , about joymax they are humans like us , like you , so they aren't better than you in anything , i don't know why no one think about this idea , maybe cuz it's impossible but that's only in your brain.exe let's use our brain for a while.
It's not about im/possible. We just don't have enough knowledge. Working on a new race, animations-bones, skills, etc whilst most of them are hardcored in the server files which aren't even open source.
It's possible, just give us the sources/structures for everything and then we can do it. Joymax built the game so ofc they can add whatever they want...
I don't think you even know what's needed to build a "new race". It's not easy as you think.

in my opinion you can edit on Euro / Chin Characters to new one for the third race & i know it's difficult , else about the source there are some ppls have the source but unfortunately they left sro .

Actually you can't get the sources since the files are written in C++ and the only person in this scene that ever had decent reverse engineering skills was Drew and he wasn't there when the files were leaked. That's why most of his work was client-sided.
And no it's not that easy. Unless you know how the animations work there.

what happen if you edit the animations of euro / chinese characters ? & do it for that new race ?

Look, before you will try to implement 3rd race look at ollydbg and its string references. It has various data self-explainatory why we can't do 3rd race. Also, how you would program new params for skills?
