add new mobs have a problem

I add around 30 new mobs in my clean db.
5 out of 10 of them give me this mesg in SR-GameServer.
::SpwanNPCAt() can't find tactics!! [CodeName:Bla_Bla_Bla
i have only add to the db and i get this mesg when i go to spawn then from console. dose anyone have any idea what this problem is?
BTW i haven't even add spawn points in DB only add the mobs for now.

Is the CodeName128 blablabla enabled ([Service] = 1) in _RefObjCommon, or even available?

check by doing:

SELECT [Service], CodeName128 FROM _RefObjCommon WHERE CodeName128 LIKE 'blablabla'

If the service is 0 then set it to 1.
