SR_ShardManager Crash

look at the problem it fix it self idk how but now it works (the web isnt so i need there a little help)

So, I had the server files in my pc then I moved them to the vps and change the ip
and the name of pc anywhere but when i try to run my shardmanager it crash at the end and i think it something that connect to the billing.
BTW The Web Isnt working it show me the php files
