Help in Data.pk2 Stall options

first of all thanks to every one who gonna help
in my Vsro files server
when u make Stall u need to w8 30 sec to make another one !
so any way to edit Data.pk2 to make it no need to w8 all that time ?
and thanks for who gonna help and who wont any way

are you using 3rd part application like proxy & filter .. K-guard detguard whatever ?

cant be changed within the data pk2.
the delay is set by your filter

Well you have to open the code of your filter and search for the create stall opcode which should be 0x70B1.
There should be a delay with 30000 ms somewhere. Just change the delay.
