Help with Agent Server

Hello ,
i have VPS from OVH . i put my server files and my database and configured Firewall
My Server was working good for a week but yesterday i got error when log in to game

C9

and agent server say this message " Token Timeout! [token id: 1, jid: 8, elapsed: 12438 ms (created: 47140296, cur: 47152734)] "

and some times when open my silkroad.exe game client i see a stranger characters and sro client crash

and some times when open my silkroad.exe i found game under ground offline but all my files working very good

i don't know what to do please help .

and this is not agentxtrap
cause this server work before more time
and all file's server work perfect without any file's crash

I think that will probably be two things
1-one from company internet A-dsl (Egypt)
2-exploit-attack

is that exploit ? should i change my server files ? or should i change my vps to another company ?

Let me know if you figure anything out. I'm also running into the same problem.

I've set up my server files and got the agent working Behind a router.

But after moving the files to a server, re-configuring them, i got everything to work, Expect token time outs on the agent server.

I've use the SR_patcher to patch 127.0.0.1, my Lan address, but the agent server just crashes, and ive also patched my Public IP but that dosn't work, it runs, but still get the token time out. Ive tried Xtrap and non Xtrap. with no luck.

You mean that people get DC when launching SRO and no start button shows? nah its something with OVH's network, not sure what it is about OVH.

Works fine with HPP proxy.

Simple don't use a router, use a switch. Also you can use Hamachi or some other shits like this. Setting up a server behind a router is not good.

If you want it working fluently use a Switch or just plug internet cable directly to ur PC to get a real IPV4 instead of the LAN shit.

and i played the server for 1 week me and my friends making a test after that i see the token message and clients says " Server under ground "

and some times launcher open and show start but i got dc C9 error
but all of time i see " Server under ground "

I had it working through a router at my home setup, At the server im renting it doesn't work, and i don't have a luxury of adding a switch to a server company.

Make sure its set to 'operating' ?
check _ShardService table,See if Shard_ID is 64 in SRO_VT_ACCOUNT

and server work before 5 month and i got this problem and all file work perfect
but i do not what is wrong
