Its not DBconnect 100% if you come to make fail post dont do this waiting for reall help

Please help me!!
im making a private server with Vsro files 1.188,
everything work fine but i got a bug!!
i can log in with account, but i cant log in with my character!! when i select the char and i click on start i got DC!

Can't create Character

Hello.
At first I want to say thank you for your great help and your advices on this forum. You made me smiling after I could log into my local Test Server. Everything seems to be alright.
1. I can start without any trouble my CaptainHerlockServer, PrincessAuroraServer and UploadServer :)
2. Then I'm going to write "start_service" and "set game.open_external 1" into the Auth Server :) It also works perfectly
3. Then I'm going to open my launcher and the game starts perfectly too...

You May Not Create this Character

I have set up my Rappelz Private Server according to the step by step guide and it lets me log in, but when trying to create a character it only says "you may not create this character".
There was another post where it said it was a wrong client version issue. I tried 6.2, which was the recommended one, 7.3 and 7.1.
Anyone else have this problem or have some advice? Thank you in advance.
