[Help] Effects' issue

Dear elitepvpers users,

i'm trying to add arabian city as it's added in the official silkroad online but only 1 problem is facing me...

i got an effect problem at the Abshad Force High General unique.

sometimes it's effect show and i can see him hitting me...

sometimes it does not and it just stands still white i'm receiving dmgs and debuffs.

can someone help me about this issue ? i'll be very thankful..
