I don't think you can edit those quest rewards(quests for leveling your job mastery), I'm not sure because I haven't checked the quests table for the new job system, but it can be done if you spend some time on it.

Yeah I can't completely remember everything, it was questing to level up but there were no gold rewards right ? Not too sure about that anymore can't remember way too long ago since i've played that ****

Correct, there was no gold, just job level EXP.If you can't change the rewards you can create new quests with the same requirements but different rewards, therefore you could do 2 same quests with different rewards.

But if you create new quests, then it's optimal and recommended that they have also Job EXP as reward(if the main quests can't be edited), because on the current existing released files, you don't get job EXP by killing normal mobs, while on isro/sro-r you do.

Dummy, skills are given by the mastery level, you can't give skills from a quest.

If you don't have the necessary job mastery level u can't have the skills.

The mastery is just like any mastery, skills are unlocked at certain levels.For a PvP server, since that's the only thing you can do on these files without bot is to give them max level on the mastery then either fix the crafting bugs or create your own end game for job items, that includes the new job elixirs, stones for blues.

I could probably make something decent if I put my mind to it(for a PvP server), but not alone obviously.
