So, title says it all, what do those COOLTIME:0x0000000 or 0x0000000C8 mean? would changing them have any effect? are they linking back to an already-made cooltime and they're referring to it? a short explanation of what they are would be great.
Most likely they're group-bound ID to share the cooldown. For example, all items with COOLTIME:0x0000000C8 will share the same cooldown and so on. I'm not entirely sure, perhaps someone else has a different answer.
as far as I have come into conclusion that each COOLTIME:0xparam defines the converting, ex: COOLTIME0x000000000C8 may define milliseconds into seconds COOLTIME0x00000000000 may define seconds into minutes
etc.
I made both purification pills and invisibility detection have the same COOLTIME:0x000000C8 and changed their cooldown to 5000 mil sec. Now, when I use a pill the invisibility detection shares the 5 sec yet for some reason the pill stays 20 sec like it was never changed, so my question is, is there another place that's storing the pill's cooldown other than the itemdata_xxxxx?
Changing purification pill x-large's cooldown to 2 seconds in the media.pk2, only in the media.pk2, I changed it in the database, only thing is left is changing it's client side. That's all.
What is the normal CD? You said that the pk2 side only remaining then you can use the item while it's on CD? (I guess you can since the server is reading from the database, then you can use the item while it's on CD shown @ the client)

I myself can't since the client's CD is still there but if I used something like a bot then it does work, that's why I am trying to change the client's side CD and make it 2 seconds as well.
The normal client's CD is 20 seconds and I can't find any hints to 20 000 values anywhere related to the pills in any itemdata files.
It is as stupid as a quest level limit of 110.
Most of the servers either remove the pills and giving them instead as a skill to use with a correct cooldown or simply just avoiding bots being able to start and connect to the client.
Yea, I felt like it'll end up being in the sro_client, but has the purification pill's CD always been in the sro_client or you just assumed this since some sro_client.exe were patched to do this?
Because if it's just some of them then I could try and get other sro_client and see if that helps.
