It's really a weird error, try changing your server files.
I've never seen this error before but i think this will solve it because it isn't related to db.

ok first of all all the QuestEventRaised errors are from having the #1 and/or #2 Chinese quest enabled and its throwing up errors because they are enabled on the database but not in the client which they don't work anyways so you will always get that warning as long as they are enabled , second that clamp error is because you raised the EXP rate so high that its beyond the boundaries of the database the actual clamp is set to a certain amount and when anyone kills a mob that gives more EXP then allowed you will get that error . it does not crash the server but it will cause lag due to writing log files and saving all the info on your database . hope that helps you out cause now you know what they all mean .

and i am getting tons of lag in the server and maybe this is where its coming from
