Who is Axmed ? Btw, who are you for juge people by their skill ? I think their is MUCH people which you don't see and got MUCH SKILL, that why he say "underground", I can give you much name, like Mark, bibi, b3nco, Simulation, (me ?), SniperWolf, f0b1c, maggo, MeGaMaX, vladimir and much much much other people which I wont quote there. So I think there can be a leader.

We're only assigning one section leader. They won't have any other powers, name colours or whatever than normal users. They'll pick out the best user (who they think) should join the UG section, then me + Portal will review them and add them if we think they're worthy of joining and contributing.

Why don't you understand people....GROUP LEADER has to be a good coder, has a good knowledge to everything related to game...
LastThief is the only one here that fits this position no matter you love him or not...

SQL isn't enough if it was...then Akasch should be vouched aswell.. but it is not enough

This is an underground section. not a specified language section.. You can't choose someone because he has been an expert in one field only! there'll be somehow one way or another all type of releases which are unexpected to pretend / limit .. so yeah as exorcist said whoever leads it must have some solid knowledge in multiple language. I think that cold-noex fits the position perfectly due to his skills in many programming languages.

Also if Xsense still here in epvp.. he deserves it too!

How you can define who got the most experience with the code ?
