As you all know (well, hopefully) the SRO Underground section is almost completely dead. So dead, that even I don't have access to it. So, I'm proposing that we attempt to revive the section, and maybe even create a Private-SRO Underground section where all of the top-notch releases, guides, exploits and updates go. Of course, this isn't going to be easy. We all know you love spamming, flaming, having keyboard wars, but, we will be looking for the most experienced members out of this section to join there, and contribute their own private releases for other experienced members to see. Obviously, I've taken into consideration that it won't be fair on users who don't have any unique ideas, releases or even skills in those particular areas, but that way we can pick out the leeches from the contributors. And obviously - if a users idea gets popular enough (or, if he wants to do it anyway) he can post his release in the official Private-SRO Hacks/Bots/Exploits section.
Most people who used to run and work in the SRO underground section already left SRO for good.
I'd say, let's assign the recruiting to someone that is actually into SRO, with enough skill and un-biased opinion in regards to picking and approving requests.
however, the only way to access the section is by being a "pro coder" and not someone that releases/helps the community a lot
I'm not against the releases but the Underground is something that even if I'm mod there, Im being supervised by Level 2 and Gmods a bit more

We could ask the admins if we can create a user group for the popular sections (being SRO, Metin, etc) and have the title be SRO Underground or SRO UG, user has no other rights than a normal user, no other special name colours, just access to that sections underground section. It'll save like 10 people being Level 2, because I know we have some talented members in here and It'll be hard to pick and choose.

there are only 10 Level 2 members in Epvp..(people who make hacks for online games)
