[Help]DW Cave Error

while i try to teleport to dw cave i got message in client
'The teleportation has been canceled' and the teleport not working
few thing this is csro old files no i wont use vsro also no blackrouge
and for those who ask about gameserver or shard error
there is no error there
i know smth disabled there its not a bug but i want to know where i check. both region teleports tables checked

For dw cave you need more than 4gb ram and you have to activate it in _RefRegion table and client!
