How can i change a skill motion ?

Need to change a buff motion.Like earth fire protection.

Not the icon, the char motion when i hit the skill. Which part in data.pk2 !

Its from Data.pk2. cu mine works gr8, another data.pk2 when i import it the buff motion bugged.
