can i change the level of skill ?

you can change it to lvl 200 if you want but it only visible to your eye and not to everyone. so it pretty pointless unless you wanna scam people ^^

You can't do that. You can make yourself look like your 200 with a lvl 1 character, but you can't do anything a lvl 1 player can't anyway, so that' s useless.

I tried CSV, it was a LONG time ago, and there is no way that it works now. (People pay good money for that stuff, so I have no doubt that it's protected).
