First of all I would like to help you but you can't make yourself understood with you phrase there. Maybe you wanted to ask something like "I implemented new uniques and I got this problem, they wont attack the target when they are spawned"

Now to help you: The problem the your facing is because your unique don't have skills added.
Add the skills or try to copy the skills from another unique to that unique.
