I don't exactly get what you mean due to your typos, but an avatar consists of the .bsr, .bms, .bmt (+ the corresponding .ddj texture) and usually for some attachments a .bsk, as well as the .ddj files for the icons in the media.pk2.

Now i try to import all these to sro client v1.150 media.pk2, but i got this:
