sro_client error (9)

guys i solved shardmanager error and then gameserver error. everything works now but i cant open sro_client and i get this error. i searched forum and i saw that you guys told a member to don't redirect agent and gateway ip. i tried that. i tried everything that i can found on internet but didn't work. i need help with that error. thank you for your answers

Forward this ports:
15779,15881,15884

Try out without redirect Agent Server , And Change Ports and if Need IP's in Server.cfg

15880 / 15779 Should work

do not launch sro_client.exe.. You should use the launcher.exe
