SR_GameServer Error

I can't get it working it keep closing, i tried to clean the database and putting new one but still the same problem also for the Agent server it says 'cannot establish keep alive session : **.***.***.** 15883 (bind 0.0.0.0)' also closed all towns except for china

any help ?

u can open
SRO_VT_SHARD > Tablet Name _RefRegionBindAssocServer
open it
and close some Regions
