Error In SR_GAMESERVER

I Was Playing On My Server Yesterday And It Was Working SO Find I Turned off my pc and today i runned the server and got runtime error in gameserver when i start smc my gameserver get error and if it's working and i try to login my char again getting error with game server.... i deleted all files and extracted it again and configured all files and when i run it still same erorr this error in game server ::

your server was running public before? like on hamachi, etc ?
