Request explanation for alchemy rates according to alchemy rate program made by maxizi, and if the 50% of +1 always succeeds, what is the increasing rate for each lucky powder/lucky stone

Using this + having in mind that elixirs have their own rate + powders too

i have checked that thread before posting this one but still i cant figure out the difference between 50% +1 and 100~255 +1 too, which anyway succeeds
