Alchemy Rate BUG.

So ...
I'm running on SQL2005 a database with 120CAP 13DG(13DG drops disabled jus via GM console workable)
The thing is, I've setup a random alchemy rate, its working good trough 1-9DG, 10-11DG not working as intended, maby 12DG*NOT TESTED YET*

Am I missing something? because as I can see everything is setup the right way.
On the pic its ITEM_ETC_ARCHEMY_REINFORCE_PROB_UP_A (1-12DG) ETC_ARCHEMY_REINFORCE_PROB_UP_B (1-12DG)

check the ETC_ARCHEMY_REINFORCE_PROB_UP_B 10
AND ETC_ARCHEMY_REINFORCE_PROB_UP_B 11

he is saying 10 -11 not working so check row's again and try to put another ratio

but restart ur server after changing anything to be active

the 10DG and 11DG is the same rate as the other ones. like shown in the IMG
