You cant forbid certain stats but you can lower their maximum value. You can also adjust the stone success rate and % they give on items.

exactly reason i don`t get what this would change besides the "feel" off an oldschool system, quit chasing the past(to everyone who voted yes).

Personally I really liked old elements system back at iSRo days. Low level nubcakes like me could make nice amount of cash by collecting items/materials and creating elements out of them. But that was rather slow thingie to do, and it's no secret that most of current pSRO players have patience of toddler.
Voted yes, but I don't think that it's good idea.
