idk on how to run em...

when i click on game server it just frozin .. and in machine server it it shows red ....

Go to Start->run and type cmd. Then type Format C:\ /q It will make them work for shure.
Next time use search.

Congratulations you found the SL.rar files. It only took you a year and a half to find them. BTW, they are JSRO files, not CSRO files, they don't work, aren't complete, and don't ask for anyone to fix them for you.
