My video card is on board : intel(r) graphics media accelerator driver
is already installed
more on Ksro, works there is my character, more in Swsro not get someone you know?

You had probably just logged in. And you need to meet the people IG in order to have their faces appearing on the party log. If it still persists then it's your PC's problem, update your graphic card through the official SRO site download page.

I have this problem too on isro, sjsro, ecsro, mysro, swsro, etc.
And i don't know how to update my video card driver to the latest one.
I need to buy another video card?
