[Request]Tutorial or Tips/Hints on Creating a new 'Seal'

Anyone knows how to create brand new seal? For example. 'Seal of Light' , without having to rename the current seals name. A guide/tutorial or tips/hints would be appreciated. Could pm me it if you guys dont want it public.

I think there is no guide or tutorial for this.
If someone wants to do such thing he has to find out how that works on his own.
If you know how to replace another seal then you should also be able to find out howto create a completely new one (if it is possible which I think).
