sct files are compiled lua script files.
You can decompile them with luadec, it outputs them with some errors but if you manage to fix them you can compile them back and the server will read them.

get a hex editor.... i found a simple one in downloads.com
after u install that program, open up the .dat file that u want to edit.
now press ctrl+ F and type in wat u want to change, when the program finds it for u, now look for the line that u want to change. after u got the line that u want to change, now to get wat u want to change?.......
well this is the most easiest way i could figure out the hex codes.....
