weird problem about creddy pvp 2

hello Guys i got a weird problem
my OS is Win 7 64 Bit
every time i click on launcher i choose creddy 2 and i press start
after that the game loading disappeared i reinstall the game and i make update but the game won't start any solution for this problem ?
