[Request Help] how to speed hack a fellow PERMANENTLY?

Hello everyone.
I play on a server that allows fellow speed hack {but default speed is the slow one}
I saw a youtube vid showing the hack but he says the speed will become normal after teleport (and sure enough, after i tele, the speed is the slow one)

Yet i have seen 2-3 guys with fellows that run in zerk+scud+devil speed even AFTER theyve teleported... (i mean after they sit on fellow they run with that speed)
And they wont tell me (they say they cant speak english and hence cant explain {what **** :P})

SO i was wondering if any of you guys here knew it. If you know PLEASE tell me... I want some unique kills too IYKWIM

unsumon fellow-> summon it again-> use zerk+devil-> run anywhere(long distance)->sit on your fellow and your speed 'hack' on
P.S this only works on private servers with buggy fellow pets.
