Ip limit with proxy

i bought a new proxy ip with 10 gb ddos protection then i added the ip limit,

but when my players try to login to the server, it says ip limit exceed

so my question >>

can i setup proxy ip protection with ip limit ?

Generally, if you've used hyperfilter, you are not able to use ip limit. you can do something more decent like patching the sro_client or, dunno.. a trigger to disconnect any 2x sro_client from 1 ip..

you need to enable ip limit on proxy level, your server itself will see all the clients connecting using the same ip; mail your proxy provider to see if he can limit connections
