[Problem] with SMC server control

Hello , I've got a problem with starting service of SR_ShardManager ,,,,,
When i Right click>>start Service Manager a message appears down that I've started the service of SR_ShardManager successfully ,,,, But the light up is still red and my server still check could anyone help me? ,,,,,
And here's the picture of the problem

I just pressed on start service 2 - 3 times so you can see the message repeated !!
Need solution ,, Please Reply or send me a Private message with the solution

Because the gameserver has to be started aswell
