When i open SMC and try to start the service of SR_ShardManager a message down says (Operate [START_SERVICE] Success : 705:SR_ShardManager) and sometimes i press on start service but nothing happens
But when the message appears the shard manager which is up with the three figures lights red .. and my server is Check and cannot login please need any answer
