You are creating/installing a website I guess you got a ready 16DG db too. So my recommendation for you is to stop now.

OnTopic: Check if something before apache uses port 80 (or whatever you installed), if yes find a way to change it/stop it. Firewall (and router if needed) port opening. Should work

First Thank You for your replay but not 16DG db

Apeche useing port 80 (( when i disable firewall on router) it redirect to every one to router page .....
