hey man i edited it and when i go to create a character, its giving me a error "failed to create a character, please try to connect again (s1030)

Did you add other things? If you did, you probally did it wrong, else you wouldn't get that error.

Try restarting the whole server.

S1030 = wasn't that the error when u try to create a char but the Region where it must spawn is disabled ?

Most of the times that is the reason, but it may come from other things too .

i got it, i was being stupid and using a name that i thought i didnt use but i did lol
