guild emblem problem

i have this problem

anyone help me ??

make another folder inside that folder names SRO_CREST
and check if it works. A friend of mine had the same issue....

My guild emblem still white yet....i cant fix this ****...

Your FTP or Firewall is configured incorrectly. Check your FTP ports and your server CFG. Make sure they match. Then make sure your firewall is configured to allow filezilla.exe and all ftp ports
