[Law] "Donation" for Silk

Hello,

I want to put up my own silkroad server, but I'm not sure about the law in reference to the payment. I'd like to "sell" silk via Paypal.

I know that I should declare it as "donation", but can I use my real Paypal account or should I create one with fake adresses? Is there anything else I should pay attention to?

use your real account^^ but ask someone about the tax they will find you with fake adress or with real adress so its dont mind ^^

use your real account, nothing to make a fake, but don't sell silks, give Monterato Points with DONATIONS.

To make it short.
Donations for "anything in return" is not a donation anymore. If you get sued by joymax, you WILL have to pay, there is almost no way out. However, the chance of that is too low of ever happening. I live in germany and the law is pretty strict, however nobody really cares as long as you dont get sued or something like that

+ Paypal will block your account sooner or later, better idea would be just selling points, but to do this you need a company. To make long story short its not worth.

Well, you don't need a company to sell your ****, assuming you stack your money at paypal. As long as you won't announce to your tax office that you're making money like this, you should be fine.
