As a suggestion.. You should go away off from vote system. You should create site builder for sro. Like, a list with such items, You should move it from list and drop whereever you want in the site viewer then save and ***.
The idea already exist in wix.com but, with sro will be more organized.

After vote system will work 100% perfectly, with all functions whitch are needed i will start to spend my time on other systems.

bumping is allowed only if you dont bump really old threads or really recent threads
