It requires custom secret key, ips and other info to work propertly , and if i release it, you would even know what to do with it, becouse without acc, there is no system files for specific server - no system files - no vote reward.
P.S by setting up the system i mean, control panel .
P.S.S Its still free version, if i make limits, i make limits for my reason, for now unlimited version is only for people who has:

If You perform a client-server-like application there is no possibility for the provider to gain any access to your Server. Take a look at sroservers.com's way to do it
