problem with server

i dont know why i cant start the server,,i folowed the steps from other topics and im stuck : can't open SMC or download server etc ...here some pics...if there is anyone that can help

And after i changed the server.cfg (port 15880/15882 to 32000/32004) , as I saw in some threads, the Global manager doesn't start(Failed to request cerificate)

I have the same problem when i've tried to open farmmanager, but it's because of some router settings which i'm too lazy to change.

It's about some ports that need to be changed in your router, I guess this is the right thread to look in( i may be wrong tho, i don't know because I haven't fixed it yet ):

Something's wrong from your DB(odbc,inis,somewhere),DBConnect,inis,ips(inis&se rver.cfg),DEP.
Run->Cmd->Ipconfig
