No it isnt, actually people got sro-r files, and also other newest serverfiles, but they don't make them public (nor share them).
Anyway, new job system sucks (learned it the hard way), so even if they are released, servers with them won't succeed, just look at ex-sror, they got them and yet the server is kinda empty.

it could be cool if someone opens a server with newer files but trying to recover old job system

and for info i am GM not ADMIN first time on silkroad (server is not on me PC)
therefore i need help , before i be gm on cabal ,WOW , L2 .
