look every thread 110, 120 cap and with baghdat, nobody can't create a without problems 80 cap only chn server, i don't know why ?

i think little kids loving 100+ Cap servers. Do not misunderstand, but this is true.

anyway, i think the reason is the same way as with pokemon
everyone loves first gen but not the current one

EU characters are simply overpowered so owners just wanna get their server looking like old sro times with chineses character only to make it more fair.

Most of the community recommend server owners to open up 80 cap servers, so they do so. But in the end, I don't know why people only have chinese
