EXP/SP and Avatars Question - Please Check :)

When I change the EXP rate to 350x does it affect the same rate for SP ?
I mean when I a lvl40 with gap9 I will get the same SP I get with normal EXP Rate.

Another Questions:
What is the best Fair Items Drop rate for VSRO Servers?
And if someone can tell me How to make Avatars Exchangable

the rates just increase/decrease depending on the value you put
at the end(summarized) the formula will be (your normal get sp)*rates
also, the sp rates are different form the exp ones

This is my EXP Rate !! Does it affect the SP or should I set some other CODE for SP with the same rate?
And if there is other Code for SpRatio what is it, and should it be the same like EXP rate ?

for the sp rates, use this

For the avatars part,Look in _RefObjCommon for "CanTrade" column,modify it to 1

Also, don't forget the media side,the CanTrade column @Itemdata_XXXX should be having the value of 1 .
