Some random numbers randomly generated,sometimes it'll generate numbers which are required to upgrade weapon's + = you'll succes ...

I've know a guy on ecsro that made over 50 items +7 He even farmed sun at 90 cap. got around 3 drops/month Its insane i know it cant be some random numbers if he could do over 50 items +7

Perhaps those random numbers just generated numbers for his benefit?
Or there was some mistake in code and he learned how to bypass it somehow,somewhere ...
We don't know.
Even if someone knows,don't even hope he'll post it here,it's useless.
Why should he?
To make some idiots report it to GM = fixed?
He can make small bussines on it...

I asked him if he knewed any secrets and he told me that there wasnt any secrets but even himself thought it was so strange to make so much +7 items. He made a sos lv1+7 bow wich i later bought from him for 125m ^^
