When i click on it on launcher, it freezes and the offline thingie pops out, even tho i can see it 'online' with ping oO, be more accurate

I know almost all non-chineese ips are blocked.
Im using proxy but server seems to be on inspection.
Is it true or i just need to find an other ip adress? :)
