well, since i got the right QQ and i got the GM on it, this is what he says :

So i dont know really what he means with this,, but i thought im just gonna share it with you guys !

EDIT: lezheweiwang says thats this means that there are to many laggs, and thats why there is an inspection !

Thats True, and btw there isnt a english reg site for QQ, you will get a wrong QQ number then..
