As long as the Animation isn't broken on these Thieves nothing happens (Ya maybe your Computer crashes due of the massive Amount of Thieves)
It's the same with Unique Events on Samarkand South. If PlaySRO would do that 500-1000 Players would be in Samarkand and of course you would gain a Crash because the Client can't handle it anymore.
As i heard it some Player's are receiving Crashes when they run around in Jangan at Overlimit SRO and they're getting these Errors with the Skeleton Problem.
Either Way the Animation is broken or the Skeleton is broken so the Animation is played on a Player which you see and the result is that you receive a Crash.
That is my Theory.
He can't find the Solution for these Errors in the Dump File :
prim\mesh\char\china\man\chinaman_priest_face.bms
prim\skel\char\china\chinaman_skel.bsk
prim\skel\char\europe\europeman_skel.bsk
Well "Chinaman_priest_face" seems like the Error occurs when the "Character" which belongs to this File tries to move his head or something.
Best Way to check it is standing near the "Character" which matches with the Error.
If it crashes after you're near him replace the File from a clean/unedited Data.PK2 and try it again.
If there's no Error after that it seems to be fixed otherwise i can't explain it either ...

The File should match with this Character.
Get near that Character from a Player which uses him and see if it crashes.

Of course it will Crash because of the massive amounts of Roc's.
If you would spawn one it won't Crash.
