If someone can't make a database good enough to attract people to his server or get a proper team to do it, he shouldn't be even hosting a server at all.

why not release it ? noobs usually cant even get server 100% setup. No one will get a good server going with it. Do what you want but theres no reason to not release everyone so scared there gonna get over taken. Its sro lol get over it.
