thread starter said he want the ppl to say ideas and everyone is free to say what he feeling about the server , if someone even said its sux and i will never play this we have to respect him , but the guy didn`t do that he just saying his idea to open oldschool files ...
about the skills , yeah its sux since we played 90 & 100 cap its a bit hard to back using level 19 kd yeah its oldschool but there is no private server when isro was 60 cap so the ppl was so happy about that
i hate eu and high rates server and 130 cap etc , but i hate 0 cap also ! i hope to make it just normal cap 80 ~ 100 , they are all good if 80 or 90 or 100
anyway i just want u to don`t blame anyone cause he saying his opinion

If you want to know how 60cap looked like you can try my emulator (sro_open 60cap client) 
If someone would have time, they could improve it, and make it quite playable. It would be better than server files, because of the system resources.

This is emulator written in C#(Visual Studio 2010), so you need to compile it to run.

we will start with cap 60 and it will end in cap 100
But your one of many who will already's complain soo from now on il not replay on your posts

10x rates on a 60cap server would be way, way too high. you would make 60 in around 2-3 days, no matter what gap you have.
I like the idea, but it would get pretty boring easily.

Yeah we dont want ppl get lv 60 in a day or few hours.
Nah cap aint gona change ever few days
We will try to do our best to make job wars and such content to make have fun
not to get bored

You should set low drop rates, like x2, and make job rates x10-15, so people wouldn't bot 24/7 but would job and there would be wars. Also remove elix drops, add them for arena coins or CTF trophy, it'd really avoid hardcore botters and give fun to the players.

BA and CTF in an oldschool server ?
Donīt get it why 60 cap then 
x3 exp for 60 cap is acceptable
My hints:
Delete Snow shield (and add it asap the 80 cap appears)
Delete MP (and never add it again)
BA add at 100Cap
CTF add at 90Cap
Devil spirit add at 90Cap
Prem Plus at 90Cap (or never  )
Avatars add at 80 Cap ? (I know its the best way to earn money but still its not oldschool enough ^^ )
Tabs/Stones add at 70 Cap
GDF,Santa,Rudolf,Pumpkins shouldnīt be missing
