Before server's open, you gotta make a forum site.
There must be; rank, job level, unique stats, server time etc.
Server files must be ready before server's open. Maybe at least 2 week ago.

Is server name ready?

If you havent a name, lets use my old server's name?

Check out Skyroad Online (Servername: Shiva).

It is 70 cap, but rest seems to be what you are looking for. It is Chinese Only, Map: Full Chinese (Jg, Dw, Ht), Job based gameplay. Whenever I play on Shiva, I feel like travelling back to the 2006 times. Imo 60-80 cap were all awesome, it began to suck when the euros were added to the game.
