Well if there will be bots, then the rates need to be super low, so over 12h of botting each day dont give u 1337 elixirs and drops, ip limit should be 2, if u dont want goldbots crowding all the spots.
I also suggest making the P2W factor lower by removing DMG/ABSO scrolls, balloons, prem+ and maybe even normal prem, removing DS or adding a lower percentage one.
U can also add item mall drops to some hard uniques, then its more intresting.

This is serious discussion men, i prob had around that number of elix on crappy playsro Zeus server, fullbot to 96.

Lol'd about 1337 elixirs , however , about " HARD UNIQUES "
There will be roc , its lv 90, and it will drop sox items , i guess its more than enough , and way better than some fishy reverse scrolls etc.
